Do I need to move everything off the cloud?

No. We recommend selective placement - keep bursty, experimental workloads in the cloud and move steady-state, cost-heavy workloads to fixed-cost infrastructure. It's not all-or-nothing.

What if the assessment shows cloud is the right choice?
