Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all consultancy services provided by Fizyonops Yazılım Limited Şirketi ("Fizyonops"). It covers DevOps transformation, Kubernetes consulting, cloud migration, observability, CI/CD automation, and all other professional services engagements.

2. Consultancy Services

Our services are time-and-materials or fixed-scope engagements as defined in each Statement of Work (SOW). Since consultancy services involve the allocation of specialized resources and expertise, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following guidelines.

3. Before Work Begins

If you cancel a signed engagement before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any prepaid amounts, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred (such as third-party tool licenses procured on your behalf). Cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

4. During an Engagement

Once work has started, fees for completed work and time spent are non-refundable. If you choose to terminate an engagement mid-project, you will be invoiced for all work performed up to the termination date. Any prepaid amounts exceeding the value of work delivered will be refunded within 30 business days.

5. Service Quality Concerns

We are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are dissatisfied with our deliverables, please notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to address concerns, which may include rework at no additional cost or a partial refund for the specific deliverable in question, at our discretion.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: completed and accepted deliverables, third-party software licenses or subscriptions procured on your behalf, travel and accommodation expenses incurred for on-site engagements, and emergency/out-of-hours support already provided.

7. Kube-hammer Software Product

Kube Hammer is a Kubernetes operations engine developed by Fizyonops that simplifies cluster management, debugging, and resource visualization. Subscriptions to Kube Hammer are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. For annual and monthly plans, we can evaluate exceptional cases in good faith.

• • Annual Plan: Full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds may be considered proportionally for unused full months.
• • Monthly Plan: Refund requests made within the first 7 days can be reviewed. Otherwise, cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.

8. Refund Process

To request a refund, submit a written request to [email protected] detailing the reason and the specific services or invoices involved. We will review your request within 10 business days and respond with our determination. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

9. Disputes

If we cannot reach an agreement regarding a refund, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service and under the jurisdiction of Bursa, Turkey courts.
