We process your personal data based on: your explicit consent, the necessity to perform a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations under Turkish law.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with: service providers who assist in our operations (hosting, analytics), professional advisors (legal, accounting), and regulatory authorities when required by law. All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements.

7. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We use Google Ads conversion tracking for measuring advertising effectiveness.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by legal obligations. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years. Client project data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 5 years.

8a. AI Feature Data Processing

When you use FizyonAI Cloud through Kube Hammer, the following data is transmitted to Fizyonops-hosted infrastructure: your natural-language queries, cluster context metadata (namespace names, resource types, pod statuses), and feedback signals (thumbs up/down, misunderstanding reports, hallucination reports).

The following data is NOT transmitted by default: kubeconfig files, cluster credentials, Secret values, environment variable contents, or raw container logs. You may configure client-side data redaction patterns to prevent additional content categories from leaving your machine.

AI interaction data may be retained in anonymized form for model improvement (DPO training). No personally identifiable information is used in training data. Feedback signals are retained for quality assurance and billing fairness verification.

When using Local AI mode (BYOK/Ollama), all inference runs on your machine. No query data, cluster context, or response data is transmitted to Fizyonops servers.

9. Your Rights

Under KVKK and GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security assessments.
